The birth of the Greyl family’s youngest member, Gabriel (son of Caroline and Tom) was an occasion that deserved to be commemorated with the sweetest of new product launches. The idea of a mousse had been on the books for a while, yet formulating a mousse with natural ingredients hadn’t yet amounted to anything concrete. In 2005, the research came together in Mousse Douceur Fleurs d’Oranger.
